i wear sports bras all the time...probably like 4 or 5 days out of the week. (different ones each day tho lol) I even wear them to bed! I just find them more comfortable. but...Do you think there are any negative affects to ur breasts by wearing them so much?

I love sports bras..i always wear them when i am working out, and sometimes even when i sleep.
I think its okay to sleep in them.. |
