There is this guy I really like but everytime I get a chance to tell him how I feel about him, my plan never exactly works. I think he likes me back, should I just go for it and tell him I like him? I'm soo confused.

no..... dont go up strait and tell him... you might embarass yourself
 try staring at him and see if he gets the message after a while and then if he catches you staring at him, he might start to like you back
