Milk, Low Fat or Whole Milk? |

I keep hearing that children over the age of 2 should have low fat milk?
What age do you think children should have low fat milk instead of whole milk? And which do you prefer? |

I think it depends on the child about what milk they drink...
I won't drink skim milk... it's so watered down and gross. All my parents buy is whole milk but if I had my way we'd buy 2 %... |
