hi i don't know if this is the right place so mods, please move it if necessary.
okay i want to make a blend/banner thing for j.lo's new video "get right" and i can't take screenshots...like i press print screen then paste it into photoshop but the image of the actual video part that i need moves around and is unable to be saved as an actual picture...?  i can't explain but if anyone understands...why does it do that!?or if anyone can tell me another way...that'd be awesome.

yea to take screenshots of videos u need a program to do it. i think theres this program named "video capturix..." something like that. i onli have the trial version tho. =\ i onli use it for screenshots for anime.
