Ok, so.. I downloaded some brushes.. and I read the tutorial on how to do it..
but after I extracted it and stuff, where do I go find the brush in photoshop? On the tutorial, it said to click the blue arrow, but I don't have a blue arrow... |

there is an easier way..that way you said doesnt work...
first off extract all the files and make sure you know where they are then open photoshop go to edit > presets manager select brushes from the drop down menu click load find the brushed you downloaded load them wal-la new brushes ready for your disposial!! |
