i wear sports bras all the time...probably like 4 or 5 days out of the week. (different ones each day tho lol) I even wear them to bed! I just find them more comfortable. but...Do you think there are any negative affects to ur breasts by wearing them so much?

hey its ok. i used to do that all the time.. yeah i don't want my tits popping out at night lol
anyways um don't worry about it. yeah sports bras are the most safest & natural
