does anyone know a easy way to vector? besides going to effects/noise/Edge Preserving smooth because that way makes the vector look kind of weird and its all smudy looking... i saw the other tutorial but its really confusing lol is there any easy way for us "that don't understand anything" people lol :)

to vector you have to use the pen tool. and use it like you do in drawing but you gotta do the same color over the top of the picture. like if you have a blue eye then make the blue eye circle and then the layer on top of that to do the little detailed stuff..
vectorizing is a very hard job like it takes time cause you gotta get the right colors but vectoring is so beautiful after its done. |
