Ok, so.. I downloaded some brushes.. and I read the tutorial on how to do it..
but after I extracted it and stuff, where do I go find the brush in photoshop?

On the tutorial, it said to click the blue arrow, but I don't have a blue arrow...

What photoshop do you have?Have you extract it? [unzip] the folder?Once you have unzip you go to:

1. My computer
2. Local Disk (C:)
3. Go to my programs
4. Open the adobe folder
5. Open presets or something like that
6. Go to BRUSH

Your brush should be in there.Or if you're wanting to install the brush, when you extract it,make sure you extract it to your adobe BRUSH folder. When it says "Where would you like to have this blah blah blah",go to BROWSE and browse to the places above, and blahs and once you get to the BRUSH folder select it [click ONCE] and then click okay. And to use the brush you restart ADOBE PS [if you have it open] and click on the brush tool, and go to LOAD NEW BRUSH or something like that, and go to your brush folder :] there you go.Have any complications or I'm not answering your question right, please do ask and I'll help you in any other way.
