I've been hearing a lot about yoga lately and how great it is!...
I was wondering if anyone knows any yoga positions that they'd like to share... also techniques and any other info sounds great!

i would like to try it someday...my mom tried it for a month or 2 n stopped. but i still would like to try it...its cool the whole flexible thing
