Don't get gifts on my birthday, just a card. I open my gifts in Christmas.
Most memorable memory would be getting a phone call from 2 of my friends and my dad's boss (he's kinda like family) wishing me a Happy Birthday. People rarely remember my birthday (New Year's Day -- January 1st) because they're busy or at a party. So I guess the best gift is people remembering me. On my 16th birthday my father was in a terrible mood, my mother was sick/ asleep, and my brother slept all day. No one called, and no one remembered. IT'S ON NEW YEAR'S HOW COULD YOU FORGET?!? Oh yeah, but 4 days later, my brother got a special ice cream cake with a picture of Angelina Jolie on it, we went to a restaurant, and people remembered his birthday. OMG It pissed me off so much! |
