yellow box, whats the code for this? Options

does anyone know the code for when you dont move your mouse for a second or two, and a yellowish box pops up and says something? like for example: MY XANGA! or lalala or something...thanks

did you want the box to show up when the mouse is over a picture? or a link?

if you want it to appear when you hover over a picture.. add the "alt" tag like so:
