I've been hearing a lot about yoga lately and how great it is!...
I was wondering if anyone knows any yoga positions that they'd like to share... also techniques and any other info sounds great!

i dont do yoga. i havent done any lol. well i did take some classes but only bcuz i was just with my sister and the instructor made me do it.
i remember they had me put a egg vibrator on my stomach and to just relax. how funny is that. lol. you can check out magazines. they have some great yoga moves. |
