ok well has n e one tried th 6 second abs or ab lounge®1 or 2
i really am gonna buy one but i dont know which one is better ... i have looked on web site but it has had such mixed reviews!! i am not big or n e thing and i dont need to loose wieght cuz i am 5"6" and 16 and weight 105-08 but i really wanna define my abs |

why spend money on that bunch of hoopla when you can do old-fashioned sit ups and still get results? that's what i do....gotta look good for that cruise i'm taking on spring break
