My one friend is always on me and lecturing me of things that i should do and change and, that i shouldn't be mean. I believe that i'm not mean except to those who can or are mean to me. I'm starting to feel like she doesn't approve of me being me. She also calls me and lectures me for some little mistake i have done. She tells me these are mature conversations but, i dont want to be mature around my friends because then it's just boring although at times i am mature. Im starting to feel offended and very annoyed when she is around. Do you have any friends who do this and what should i tell her so it doesn't make her hate me. Oh yea and she is a hypocrite but, when i tell her she is she argues that she isn't and, backs it up with huge reasons.

Tell her that you have had enough about her lecturing you. Ask her WHY she continues to complain about you. If she can't stand the type of person you are, then tell her "tough luck." I agree, go find a new friend. If she can't accept you for who you are, then maybe you should go find a REAL friend. If she says "i'm just helping you better yourself..." Bleh don't believe in that line, unless she actually does help you try to change in a good way, such as being kinder or doing your homework more or something idk, lol.

Tell her what's on your mind. You don't lecture her, so why should she lecture you?
