hey ya'll
i know it is probably just me, but i have this weird little pudge right under my belly button... it looks like a golf ball was cut in half and place next to each other under my belly button! i have tried SO hard to get rid of it!! i am active, and play soccer in the winter and spring and tennis in the summer and fall, and swim for fun year round... but its just not enough any tips?!?!?! |

And the way to get rid of it, is doing Reverse Curls! and more reverse curls, and more reverse curls and more reverse curls...It's when you do a situp and u try to get ur knees to touch ur elbows so u can work ur lower abdomen...I don't really know how to explain how to do a reverse curl, but look it up online...or get a stomach excercise tape. Do you mean a reverse sit-up?
