help-comment page larger than blog x.x, and I can't fix it. Options

I have the coding to make the comment page the same size as my skin, but for some reason it isn't working with me. And when you scroll to the bottom on the main page, that line under 'Next Five' is larger than the blog box. I'd appreciate it SO much if someone could tell me how to fix this.

Hm...well, the blog is the right size, it's just not working. >.< Here's a picture of what's going on....



The arrows are pointing to the 'next five' line/line above the comment box. And the line down the comment box is where the actual blog is supposed to end, but where it's over. =/
