Black, White & Color Images, Can I get it all in the same? |

I've been using Adobe & PSP & I've been trying to get a picture, such as a picture of myself black, white & some in color. For example, my eye to still remain the same color & everything else black & White. Kind of like this picture:

There are lots of ways to do this on Adobe Photoshop. (: What I would do is make a new layer and set it on 'Color', then use the brush tool and paint black over everything you want in black and white. That's one method. Tell me if it works/doesn't!
