Black, White & Color Images, Can I get it all in the same? |

I've been using Adobe & PSP & I've been trying to get a picture, such as a picture of myself black, white & some in color. For example, my eye to still remain the same color & everything else black & White. Kind of like this picture:

that picture doens't really look realistic, but what you do is open the picture, make a new layer, change blending mode to color, pick a color and paint with a circle brush over the eyes. that's it!
