Black, White & Color Images, Can I get it all in the same? |

I've been using Adobe & PSP & I've been trying to get a picture, such as a picture of myself black, white & some in color. For example, my eye to still remain the same color & everything else black & White. Kind of like this picture:

select the part you want to be a different color, invert selection then start colorizing.
 inver back if you want to change the color of the currently selected.
