isnt there some sort of copyright law that xanga can enforce?

After receiving the letter, Mr. Zhang can choose to comply or resist. If he resists and keeps the layouts up, he can be sued. Then it's up to the jury to decide if it counts as fair use or if it is copyright infringement. |
