As 2004 comes to a close, what did you learn about yourself from your experiences this year?
I learned that: - Life and people change, you just have to deal with it as it comes - You don't have to take everything so seriously - Heartbreak is just a part of life and even though it hurts you have to overcome it - While boyfriends may come and go friends are always there for you and you should never let your whole social life revolve around your boyfriend and put your freinds second - Everything has a way of working itself out - People come and go in life and the only people you need in your life are the ones that need you in theirs. Also sometimes It's not worth talking to people who hurted you in the past. It ain't worth trying to glue the pieces back together and just be friends. That's why, you have to keep moving on until you find happiness. - Happiness is everything |

- high school relationships are usually pretty superficial.
- not everything can work out the way i want it to. - if i can't change the situation, i might as well just change my outlook on it. - i'm capable of overcoming my fears. - there's a world outside of my own. - the purity of intellect is, in most cases, contaminated by structured education. - conformity isn't all that great. - nonconformity isn't all that great. |
