there have been way too many topics on this.
to make a banner or bg or anything like that you neeed a program like photoshop, paint shop pro, Corl Photodraw i think, Painter or even MS Paint. you can look at the tutorials here or online if you want to learn new things or you can just experiment with that you see. add some pictures and some text. |
