were pretty under funded and staffed, but our band isnt as big as yours, so were ok. actually, its fine with me. i can only take so many authority figures hating me at the same time. the drum instructor was our student teacher for the first half of the semester, and we had a mutual hate of each other. he didnt think i could play, i didnt think he could teach and conduct, so that was a fun time
 . then he went to student teach at my sisters' elementary school, so sucks for him!!
