If you have a cursor that you can use, even hovering on a link it would stay the same. But I want a cursor that you can move around and another that you can use to hover on links. Can someone help? Can you gimme the code?

What? You mean when you hover the cursor changes? Not like crosshair, se-resize, but a cursor that was made?
