all right this is the girl i like, a lot
but she (i thought) didn't like me, because she started going out with my friend about 2 or 3 weeks ago.

i don't think you should go out with her or anything, in tha second conversation it seemed as if she was fishing for a compliment or she wanted attention or whatever, if she's going out with some guy and says that she loves him she shouldn't be liking other people, if you two go out, the same thing can happen, just forget about her
