you know how everybody has a mustache? well, if you shave it, there's this black stuff on your skin. how do you get rid of it or make it so that it won't become black?

oh dear.. never shave that. Wax it , Pluck it, Bleach it.
Right now it would be easier for you to bleach it and next time it grows back wax it. I use Sally Hansen Creme hair bleach ( bleach for face ) you can find it at walmart & target in the section where they sell nair and lotions etc. |
