right-click pop up, creating a customized pop-up Options

i'm pretty new at this...so i'm sorry if this is a really dumb question/request.

i was wondering if there is a code that i could use to create a pop-up initiated by a right-click. not to disable right-clicking. the pop-up would simply remind that i do not take credit for the posted material and sharing is alright and encouraged. i don't even know if it's possible, but to have that little box in the pop-up that says "don't remind again". checking the box would prevent it from re-poping up. that way it doesn't bother u each time u right click...just the first time.

there are two messages. the first message is a warning the next message is the message forever. if you accidently press right click just press ok then hold enter for a long time.
