Well... so my friend has bought this new MP3 player.
When she got home, she found that there was no plastic wrap on the screen, and it was scratched.
She phoned the store but they say they couldn't give her a new one unless of technical problems.
Freaking out, she called me and asked me if there are any ways to remove the scratch marks on the screen. I, not knowing what to do, decided to post this up and see if any of one have any good ways.

any help will be appreciated _smile.gif

I would exchange it.

My mp3 player when I first got it freaking blew up when I charged it up. Something inside shortcircuited it and caught fire and started smoking.
I returned it and they gave me another one which also was a piece of crap. It charged up but never turned on.
So I contacted customer service for the mp3 player manufacturer who after several emails to tech support gave me a RMA number to return. I just send the mp3 player through my local post office and got it back a week or so later. Now it works.

Try contacting the Mp3 player manufacturer and they should be able to help u or I would go to the store and returned it if it the store's fault.
