when do you prefer to take them?
i usually like to take them before i go to sleep because i love going to sleep with a warm, clean feeling! but showers after sports are an exceptioooonn. but today for some reason i woke up early and felt like a taking a shower, so i took one. and it feels pretty good, but i'd still prefer to take them at night.

I can't stand not showering before i go to sleep. I think it's gross going to your bed all dirty and smelly :-p No, i'm not really that much of a germaphobe, just when it comes to showering. I like feeling clean, or perhaps i'm just too use to it since i've been doing the same routine all my life
