when do you prefer to take them?
i usually like to take them before i go to sleep because i love going to sleep with a warm, clean feeling! but showers after sports are an exceptioooonn. but today for some reason i woke up early and felt like a taking a shower, so i took one. and it feels pretty good, but i'd still prefer to take them at night.

i like to take them in the mornings but then sometimes at night.
my friend, she woke up at 4 in the morning, and was like " what am i doing up" and then she took a shower and then after like 20 minutes she went back to sleep. |
