do your parents(especially asian parents) open gifts slowly and carefully so they can save the paper for other times. mine do, and i find it extremely annoying

QUOTE(Ataryu @ Dec 26 2004, 2:23 AM) Im not asian, but we save the tissue paper, and ribbons... Yup same here. And the boxes and gift bags ![]() QUOTE(misoka @ Dec 26 2004, 12:58 AM) lmao...actually I'm the one that does that. Sometimes if I find really nice wrapping, I take off the tape carefully...it takes me a while to open it...then again I barely get any presents. ![]() But I never give back the same bag back to the person who gave it to us...I usually find a use for it. *storage, etc.* My parents tell me to just tear apart the wrapping... ![]() Hahaha yeah no one does it in my family just me. I guess it's because I wrap all the gifts and hate to see that my hours of work are just torn apart. But we don't save the wrapping paper even though I take my precious time trying not to tear anything. ![]() |
