I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I do need to know how to make the background of an image transparent. So if you know, please help me out. Thank you.

Everything is in the "insert custom header" space and the background isn't in a table, it just <body background="URL" bgcolor="#ffffff" bgproperties="fixed">
