we must all admit, we get jealous.
i absolutely HATE feeling jealous and im so freakin good at it!!! it makes me react in a certain way that i end up regretting. but i cant get rid of it. i dont know how to. all i can do is avoid it by avoiding the person/situation which doesnt really do anything. so when ur jealous of ppl, how do u normally react? do u get silent? get b1chy? how do u make the feeling go away? |

i used to get jealous a lot and all that good stuff but i got better at it all you really have to do is confront the problem or sitch head on and tell yourself that you need to figure it out. the moment you get jealous think to yourself why am i getting jealous, whats my motive, how can i solve it. and never try to get back at the person. it only leads to more jealousy hope that works for you! buh byeeeeeeeee <3 krissy
