How to get rid of?, tried.. Options

Hmm..well..I really want to submit this skin..or at least let someone use it..[=...I'm last minute at making a Christmas skin and trying to submit it I never planned on it being it s annoying..well..I used the tutorial on how to make a skin? in the "skins" section..I've treid just about everything I could think of to get rid of tje pesky empty spaces at the right and left....i followed the tutorial..and I read the frequently asked questions, too. I've also re-ajusted the widths and heights over & over. hmm...this is the xanga i'm making it on: click and i don't want the horizontal scrollbar or the empty spaces at the right and left.
