Do you believe that people often living in poor areas are mostly likely to commit a crime all the time? In history class, my teacher said no and i totally agree. Crimes can happen anywhere in the US. it dosent always have to be a poor area like the ghetto and stuff..it dosent matter..what do you guys think? I think of this really confusing too

it's all a scheme by rich people to make poor people look bad.
as for my stats... 70% of all stats are made up. i don't clain responsibility. ` yes, poor people steal more; because why do people steal? because they can't buy it by themselves, or they enjoy the rush. if you had 100 billion dollars, would you still steal a car radio to sell? |
