There's another way to do glitter text without any programs. Esp those who don't have programs such as Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Photoshop. but they already have a glitter text tutorial. Should I submit one in anyway?

Why are people always asking if they should submit a tutorial?
I mean if they submit it, and it gets accepted then that's great, you'll get feedback, but if it gets rejected, then oh well. No need to make a topic about it.
