Do you believe that people often living in poor areas are mostly likely to commit a crime all the time? In history class, my teacher said no and i totally agree. Crimes can happen anywhere in the US. it dosent always have to be a poor area like the ghetto and stuff..it dosent matter..what do you guys think? I think of this really confusing too

You do realize that over 95% of drug offenders are small-time petty crooks and poor people right?
If you think rich people are more likely to kill you, walk an hour through Beverly Hills then walk an hour through the Washington, DC slums. Tell me where you are more likely to be killed. The exceptions only prove the rule. Whenever a rich person commits a relaly heinous crime, you bet it makes the national news. But poor people do it so much that it doesn't make the national news nearly as often. |
