double bubble toil and trouble, yeah trouble with layout codes

I have got this layout from oritsuru.com and i want to use it for my xanga, i have done basic stuff like put in the links for xanga and add affltates but i don't understan how to make the middle of the layout have the blog in it (sorry if this doesn't make sence) here is the code:

also i am having trouble with the pictures used in it (i downloaded the layout, so i will need to upload it again i think) they won't show and if i upload the file i don't know what i would have to do, to get the pictures to show.

can anyone help me please, i am reallly confused
