i was over at my boyfriend's house the other day and he told me that he loved me. we're only 14 and we've only been going out for like a month. but he told me that he'd loved me for a while. i told him that i liked him a lot but wasn't ready to use those words. was that a smart move? i mean i really do like him but we're only 14 and to me those words are like really special...ya know what i mean. i just...i'm not sure if what i said could have hurt him or not. do you think what i said was right?

QUOTE(Jason61992 @ Nov 26 2004, 12:52 PM) "I love you" is a strong word lol strong words. Everybody does it now without even thinking about, it doesnt mean anything in highschool or middle school. If you ask someone out and they have AOL or AIM orsomething alone those lines you'll see the words "I love blah blah blah" like 12.7 seconds after they start going out. To love someone is different that to be in love with someone. Most people seem to love the IDEA of maybe loving someone more than they actually love the person. |
