i was over at my boyfriend's house the other day and he told me that he loved me. we're only 14 and we've only been going out for like a month. but he told me that he'd loved me for a while. i told him that i liked him a lot but wasn't ready to use those words. was that a smart move? i mean i really do like him but we're only 14 and to me those words are like really special...ya know what i mean. i just...i'm not sure if what i said could have hurt him or not. do you think what i said was right?

My 2 cents for all it's worth...
I happened to meet my Mr. Right at 14. I'm 21 and planning my wedding this summer. :) I couldn't be happier. (okay, so don't read my xanga lol) We got serious after about a year and he gave me a promise ring. I was his from then. I love him no matter what. He said those three little words about 8 months into the relationship on the phone one night - I didn't say it for a while after that. You CAN be "in love" young. Sometimes your fate comes early. |
