IM 13, I GOT PIMPLES ON MY NOSE AND ITS STARTING TO GROW ON MY CHEEKS AND CHIN AND AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, HELP! HOW CAN I GET RID OF THEM WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING...

clean your face with soap. but your best bet is to buy something from the store. if you don't, they will jsut get worse.
