Here's a scenario to get the clue of what I'm talking about:
Guy: So then she goes and like runs with them! 'Over here!' she yelled like.. umm, well.. like then the monster uhm... uhh -- Idiot: (out of the conversation: what she in it? no..) Why are you saying like and um? Guy: I don't know.. is it a death penalty if I do say like and um? Idiot: No.. but why do you say it? Me: Just continue on with the story! Guy: Anyway, so like they sssay... like.. the o-ther girl said th-at: she dddied from a car crash-- Idiot: Why are you stuttering? Guy: Because, I'm trying to remember this story! Me: Just ignore her, do go on!  You guys may not agree with me.. but I don't like it when people just random ask you a question that like happens to do with your speech. The same idiot today told me that I needed speech lessons because I kept saying a different word when I meant something else.
