Do you believe that people often living in poor areas are mostly likely to commit a crime all the time? In history class, my teacher said no and i totally agree. Crimes can happen anywhere in the US. it dosent always have to be a poor area like the ghetto and stuff..it dosent matter..what do you guys think? I think of this really confusing too

poor people just get caught because the cops watch them more carefully.
not really. it's mostly petty theft, isn't it? i mean, in california, steal a 21 dollar pizza 3 times, and you've got a life sentence. |
