well i just got back from a new orientation dealy for my work, it was insanely boring, but only lasted for an hour or so. any ways, I was wondering what kinds of orientations you guys have to goto...for work/volunteering/college prep/etc.? Your hischool and middle school orientations, i really dont care about because i dont have to worry about those any more :l, well, unless your cafeteria caught on fire, or any remotely amusing happened, dont bother biggrin.gif

When I started work at Six Flags, there were three rounds of orientations: park, division (like the part where you worked, i.e. rides, food, entertainment, etc), and then actual training. They were horridly boring, except for the training (I was a rides op, so I got to learn how to work the rides).

Anyway, I remember during the park orientation, we all had to introduce ourselves for some stupid reason, and this girl said her name and had the nerve to say "And I want an [expletive] cigarrette." laugh.gif Hilarious. Our trainer was like, "Say that again?" She was like, "Oh, I mean I need a cigarette." She failed the general park safety test. laugh.gif Ah, so charmingly ghetto.
