Do you believe that people often living in poor areas are mostly likely to commit a crime all the time? In history class, my teacher said no and i totally agree. Crimes can happen anywhere in the US. it dosent always have to be a poor area like the ghetto and stuff..it dosent matter..what do you guys think? I think of this really confusing too

I can't assume a poor person is a thief, but I can assume that a poor perosn is more likely to be a thief than a rich person.
Most poor people do not have functional families -- one of the main reasons that they're poor, and thus probably don't have a right from wrong foundation like people in stabler families. |
