when do you prefer to take them?
i usually like to take them before i go to sleep because i love going to sleep with a warm, clean feeling! but showers after sports are an exceptioooonn. but today for some reason i woke up early and felt like a taking a shower, so i took one. and it feels pretty good, but i'd still prefer to take them at night.

i do the night b4 cuz i don't have anytime in the morning. ohh well it does feel go0d in the morning th0. haha gets me all up and everything.
