my mum has like all these theories and stories bout .. periods. she's chinese and gets all these stories from china from, her mum who got it from her own mum and so on.. she's really .. stingy and gets pissed when i wash my hair. she says "you will get bags and dark circles under your eyes if u wash ur hair wen u have ur period"
im like as if! i take her to the doctors and they say its not true but she wont belive a word they say.

and also another story i heard.. cramps are caused from eating/drinking cold foods. i drank cold ribena 2day and jus had the worse cramps. the other day it was iced water.. >< nearly died from the pain. is it jus coincidence? or is it really the coldness causing it.

yupp there's so many myths out there that sometimes you cannot catch up with them cause theres like millions of them >.<;;

they actually make it up so they can make other believes one another >.<;;; so yeah well im not saying "dont believe your mother" but yeah...... i mean i wouldnt believe my mom. my mom told me that if i dont sleep, then the tiger will eat us...LOL... i didnt believe that.

and yes, if you drink a lot of cold foods and you have your menstruation. then your cramp will get worse. if your stomach is really cold, then warm up your stomach.
