my friend told me that he had feelings for me & that i feel the same way. after he said, i have feelings for you, i said yeah, i have feelings for you too. my other friend was talking to him saying ohh, you two should go out & stuff. & my friend that likes me said "it depends on her ". what does it mean depends on her?

it means that he wants to go out with you but he wants to know if you want to go out or not, and will go out if you wanna
