one time i slept for more than 12 hours straight... and after those 12 hours sleeping hours. i get tired again so i slept for another 3 hours...after 3 hours, im tired again...
is it just me or does this happen to some of you guys? and is it that bad for sleeping way too much? i heard from my friend that it's really bad for you?? >.<;; then i hear from my other friend, "it's good for you" >.<;; so confusing. anyone help me out on this? |

I heard if you sleep too much or too less, your IQ will get lower.
