my font size on my layout, is messed up!! help! |

on my layout, when i try to make my font stay at arial, 11px. it always reverts to the xanga settings, and the font size always changes then on your IE whenever you go to "view > test size > and whatever size" it always changes. i dont kno what to do to fix this.
